Project title: Exploring aspects of grief through disembodied clothing
Explores through research-based art practice, how clothes left behind by the deceased facilitate continuation of bonds and memory-making. Focusses on how engagement with such clothing during bereavement relates to the concept of presence of absence. Research took an interdisciplinary approach, and the practice-based response manifested in printmaking, papermaking and textile sculpture.
